Magloo Ltd is a Cyprus based company, with head office 16 John Kennedy Nivian Court, 2nd floor, 1087 Nicosia and this company will be acting as payment agent for BG8 Entertainment.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curacao and you irrevocably submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in relation to any dispute in relation to the Terms of Use.
Any bet placed by the User shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the applicable Curacao Criminal and Civil laws and any regulations and rules made in terms thereof, as amended from time to time. It shall be the responsibility of the User to ensure that he/she is aware of these provisions.
