IX. Welcome Bonus Terms

IX.1 Eligibility

This promotion is available exclusively to new customers registering with Betgr8 for the first time.

IX.2 How to Qualify

To receive the Welcome Free Bet, users must:

  • Make their first deposit
  • Ensure the deposit meets the minimum amount required for qualification (as stated in the specific offer terms)
  • Place one or more multi-bets within 7 days of the first deposit that meet the following criteria:
    • Contain at least two (2) selections
    • Have a minimum total odds of 10

Regardless of whether the qualifying bet wins or loses, the user will receive a Free Bet that matches the value of the first deposit, up to the maximum amount specified in the applicable promotional terms.

IX.3 Free Bet Details

  • The Free Bet will be credited once the qualifying bet(s) are settled
  • It must be used on a multi-bet, with the applicable conditions displayed at the time of bet placement
  • The Free Bet is valid for 7 days from the time it is credited; if not used within this period, it will expire automatically
  • Maximum winnings from the Free Bet are capped, according to the specific offer conditions, but will not exceed will not exceed Betgr8’s maximum Free Bet payout limits, as defined in Section VIII.
  • The stake amount of the Free Bet is not included in any returns
  • Betgr8 reserves the right to amend or cancel any Free Bet terms at its discretion, without prior notice

IX.4 Restrictions

  • Only one Free Bet can be received per customer, IP address, or device, per day
  • Cashed out or voided bets do not count toward qualification
  • System bets are not eligible for this promotion
  • Both the qualifying bet and the Free Bet must comply with fair play and responsible gaming guidelines
  • If Betgr8, at its sole discretion, identifies that multiple accounts have been created and similar betting patterns (such as identical selections or closely timed placements) are detected across these accounts, all related bonus bets will be voided and may be subject to further account action
  • Betgr8 reserves the right to withhold Free Bets and/or winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent behavior

IX.5 General Welcome Bonus Terms

Betgr8 retains the right to take corrective action if a customer is deemed to have accepted a bonus or promotion solely to exploit it for guaranteed profit, which may include (but is not limited to):

  • Forfeiting the entire bonus balance
  • Invalidating transactions or gameplay in breach of the terms
  • Voiding the bonus and any winnings obtained through manipulation
  • Withholding winnings from fraudulent activity
  • Retaining any real money lost while attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements

Betgr8 may change or cancel this promotion at any time.
