IV. CASINO & GAMES BONUS

IV.1. Eligibility and Allocation of Bonus Funds

Customers may receive bonus funds (“Bonus Funds”) credited to their account's bonus balance under the following conditions:

  • (i) Making a Qualifying Deposit, as defined in the Bonus Rules
  • (ii) Placing a qualifying bet in accordance with the Bonus Rules
  • (iii) Meeting applicable Deposit Wagering Requirements, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Rules
  • (iv) Receiving a bonus as a goodwill gesture

IV.2. Maximum Allowed Stake (Fair Gaming Policy)

  • While wagering bonus funds, the maximum allowed stake per bet is 10% of the total bonus amount, unless otherwise specified
  • A “bet” is defined as:
    • One spin in a slot game or roulette
    • One hand dealt in a table game
    • One deal in a video poker game
    • Any use of a gamble or double-up feature
  • Breach of this rule may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings

IV.3. Winnings from Bonus Funds

When playing with Bonus Funds:

  • The stake amount is not included in any winnings
  • Example: If you receive a 100 bonus and win 150 from it, only the 50 profit is considered withdrawable
  • The original 100 bonus amount is forfeited after use
  • Maximum winning limits from real-money casino bets may apply (daily, weekly, or monthly), as defined in the promotion

IV.4. Wagering Exclusions

The following do not count toward meeting wagering requirements:

  • (i) Stakes on games with equal probability outcomes (e.g., red/black bets in roulette)
  • (ii) Stakes placed after the promotion expiry or bonus validity period
  • (iii) Any other excluded games or betting activities listed in the Bonus Rules

IV.5. Fraud, Abuse, and Bonus Restrictions

  • Betgr8 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Customers identified as abusing casino bonuses may be excluded from future promotional offers, such as reload bonuses or deposit match offers

IV.6. Withdrawals and Bonus Use Restrictions

  • Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn
  • In case of a dispute, the decision of Betgr8 shall be final

IV.7. Amendment of Bonus Terms

  • Betgr8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time
  • Changes will not affect already granted bonuses, unless required by law or regulatory obligation

IV.8. Bonus Use by Category

  • Casino Bonus Promotions: Bonus Funds and Qualifying Deposits must be used exclusively for casino stakes

IV.9. Multiple Bonus Promotions

  • Multiple bonus promotions may be active simultaneously within the same category
  • Customers should refer to the specific Bonus Rules for conditions applicable to each promotion

IV.10. Loyalty Points

Casino bonus bets do not contribute toward the accumulation of Loyalty Points

IV.11. Void Bets

Casino Bonus will not be refunded or re-credited if a bet is void.
