VII. GENERAL BETGR8 JACKPOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Betgr8 Main Prize Jackpot consists in predicting the results of all matches selected by Betgr8 in the Jackpot Section.
2. From time to time CUT 1 JACKPOT may be offered, with mini Jackpot shared by all players that win CUT1, if no one picks the main Jackpot. The mini Jackpot, if available, will be shared equally by players that guessed all events except 1. If a player has guessed more jackpot bets cut1, only 1 will be considered. Mini Jackpot may be cash or Sport free bets.
3. To take part and have a chance to win the BetGr8 jackpot, you must get registered on BetGr8.
4. If you correctly predict all match results, you win the “Main Jackpot Prize” - Jackpot prize divided equally amongst all the Jackpot Winners. Eg if the Main Jackpot is 2million, and 4 players guessed it correctly, the win credited to each player will be 500,000.
5. Players are required to submit their predictions of the result of all pre-selected football matches (the "Matches") at BetGr8 jackpot before the first scheduled match of all competition kicks.
6. To win a share of the jackpot, players must correctly predict the final result of all Matches.
7. Matches will be settled on the official result after 90 minutes of play, including any ‘injury time'. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs shall not be included.
8. Players will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Competition.
9. Jackpots amount is subject to change, and will be described in the Jackpot page every week.
10. Jackpot is based on pre-selected games.
11. Jackpot is the total amount that may be won by all participants/ players.
12. The Jackpot amount, consolation prizes and/or any bonuses thereof will be divided equally amongst all the Jackpot winners.
13. To play make your selections – on the BetGr8 Jackpot competition entry page (BetGr8 /jackpot), make your predictions for each one of the listed matches (Home win, Draw, Away win).
14. By choosing the “Auto Pick” option, if available, a random selection of one prediction per match will be automatically selected.
15. Where one Jackpot game is cancelled, an official public draw shall be carried out, after seventy-two (72) hours from the time of cancellation, to determine the result of the missing game result.
16. Where two or more games are cancelled, interrupted, abandoned, suspended or postponed, the Company may at its discretion cancel the Daily Jackpot and refund the stake(s) placed within 72 hours of the cancellation.
17. Check and place bets – Make sure to check all of the selections before you click on the "Place Bet" button. Once submitted, the bets cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
18. Winners shall be required to avail themselves in BetGr8 offices with proof of identity before any payment is made. BetGr8 reserves the right to verify, with the relevant authorities, any identification document presented, before making any payment.
19. The period for claiming the prize is fourteen (14) days failure to which BetGr8 may deem the prize forfeited, unless the period is extended, at the sole discretion of BetGr8.
20. BetGr8 reserves the right to withhold 90% of any prize share until the prize presentation ceremony.
21. BetGr8 reserves the right to pay the whole amount of any prize share to a winner by cheque or bank transfer.
22. BetGr8's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants in relation to all aspects of the Competition including (without limitation) allocation of the prizes and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. BetGr8 reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time, for any reason and without notice. 2
24. Employees of BetGr8, their relatives agents are not eligible to win prizes.
PALPABLE ERRORS
While every effort is made to ensure there are no errors or omissions in respect of our products and services, the nature of human error or system problems means such circumstances may arise.
A non-exhaustive list of “obvious errors” is outlined below:
1. Odds or terms of a bet or game wager have been misquoted as a result of human error (for example, information being inputted incorrectly, or markets being set up incorrectly) or due to computer malfunction;
2. A bet is accepted at a price or market condition which is significantly different from those available in the market at the time the bet was placed;
3. In the context of normal betting business, and the probability of the event occurring, a bet is accepted at a price which is obviously incorrect;
4. Bets have continued to be accepted on a market which should have been suspended, or the market has already closed, or has been postponed, which are sometimes referred to as “late bets”;
5. The amount of winnings, returns or promotional benefits or bonuses paid to you are miscalculated as a result of human error or computer malfunction;
6. An error has resulted from Prohibited Acts;
7. In accordance with product rules, where a bet should not have been accepted, and If such circumstances arise, we reserve the right (and at our sole discretion) to cancel the bet and either:
8. Correct the error on the bet placed and resettle the bet at the correct price or terms which were (or should have been) available to Us when the bet was placed; or declare the bet void and return the stake to Your account where correction is not reasonably practicable
9. Take any further reasonable steps and actions deemed necessary by BetGr8 to remedy the error, loss, or damages that BetGr8 stands to suffer as a result of an error leading to an incorrectly accepted bet.
10. If in the same bet the client picks a system, and for example, correctly gets 13 events and 12 events, only one winning will be credited to the customer, which will be the higher one.
11. If funds are incorrectly credited to your account as a result of an error or omission (or otherwise any sum is incorrectly credited to your account)
12. You are obligated to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and in any event in no more than four (4) days;
13. We reserve the right to deduct or reverse any incorrectly applied funds from your account. Where such funds have been withdrawn by You, We may demand that you make a full refund to Us and may take other recovery measures such as automatically debiting Your account whenever it has a positive balance.
14. If you use incorrectly credited funds to place bets, we reserve the right to void all such related bets and reverse any winnings.
15. If incorrect stakes are deducted from your account. You are obliged to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and in any event in no more than four (4) days. We reserve the right to void all such bets and reverse any winnings.
16. If bets are placed using winnings related to bet(s) on which incorrect stakes were deducted, we reserve the right to void such bets placed and reverse any winnings.
17. In respect of any reversals, if no such funds are available in your account to make good any funds deficit resulting from the reversal (for example, where the funds have been withdrawn by you), we reserve the right to recover such funds from you (with interest at market rates) on demand. If necessary, we are permitted to off-set any subsequent amounts you deposit or win with us to make good this liability.
18. Errors relating to Prohibited Acts will be handled in accordance with these terms.
19. We shall not be liable for any loss of winnings (or other loss) following errors or omissions by us or you.
GENERAL CLAUSES
1. All other Terms and Conditions (including all applicable policies) on the BetGr8 domain apply to the use of the Jackpot. In case of a conflict between these promotion terms and the general terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions will apply.
2. In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Acts, BetGr8 may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address
JACKPOT BONUS
1. Jackpot Players may be eligible to additional prizes, such as the Jackpot bonus.
2. The Jackpot bonus amount shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

Market Types
SOCCER:
• 1X2 – You have to predict the final outcome of the match. 1 Home team Wins, X draw, 2 Away wins
• TOTAL - You have to predict if the total number of goals scored during the match will be over or under the indicated spread
• BOTH TEAM TO SCORE - You have to predict if both teams will score at least one goal during the match. There are two possible outcomes: YES both teams will score at least one goal, NO only one team scores or both teams don't score.
