XII. VOID BETS WHEN AN EVENT IS POSTPONED / INTERRUPTED

Article 1

Match postponed same day as scheduled:
For all Sports except Tennis, Beach Volley and Snooker, whenever an event is officially postponed, according to the time indicated in the bet, with decision to postpone the event made same day of the match originally scheduled, all related bets will remain valid only if the event is scheduled to be played and to start before 10 pm UTC time (11 pm WAT, 1 am EAT +1day) of the following day. If it is not rescheduled as per terms above, all the bet typologies related to that event will be considered void by 10 am UTC time (11 am WAT, 1 pm EAT) of the following day (eg of void bets: the event is postponed 48 hours after it was scheduled, the event is postponed 24 hours later but the decision has been made the day after the game was scheduled to start).


Match postponed day/days before it was scheduled:

The above rules do not apply in the event of matches where the date change occurs before the day originally scheduled for the match. In this event, if the match is announced to be rescheduled at least one day before the expected date of the match, and the match is played within 96 hours of the original date of the match, all related bets will be considered valid.

Match interrupted:
If the match is not completed within the mentioned time frame and terms, all the markets with achieved results will be settled and paid, other markets typologies related to that event will be considered void. Where the interruption takes place during extra time and, according to Sport Terms & Conditions and/or individual sports, extra time does not affect the outcome of the bet, all the bets related to regular time will stand.

Article 2


Tennis, Beach Volley and Snooker: whenever a match is officially postponed, all the related bets will remain valid if the event is resumed within midnight of two days following the date originally set for the match. If it is not played within this time interval, all the markets related to that event will be considered void.


Tennis, Beach Volley and Snooker: whenever a match is interrupted, all the related bets will remain valid if the event is resumed within midnight of two days following the date originally set for the match. If it is not played within this time interval, all the markets with achieved results will be settled and paid, other markets typologies related to that event will be considered void.
