Betgr8 Loyalty Programme – Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

1.1 The Betgr8 Loyalty Programme (“the Programme”) is available exclusively to registered Betgr8 customers with verified accounts. 
1.2 Participation in the Programme is free of charge and automatic upon placing a qualifying bet. 

2. Earning Points 

2.1 Customers earn points by placing qualifying bets only within the Sports and Casino tabs. 
2.2 For Sports, the number of points depends on factors determined by Betgr8, including but not limited to the type of bet, stake size, and number of selections. 
2.3 For Casino, points are earned only on losing bets, based on the stake amount. 
2.4 Points will be credited once the relevant bet or game session has been settled. 
2.5 Excluded bet types include (but are not limited to): cancelled bets, system bets, SGP, Jackpot, Ultra, Blendz, BetBuilder, combinations, Cut bets, full or partial cashouts, void bets, freebets, and bonus bets. 
2.6 Betgr8 reserves the right to amend the categories of bets or games that qualify for points. 

3. Ranks and Tiers 

3.1 Customers progress through different ranks within the Programme based on their weekly betting activity. 
3.2 Ranks are recalculated at regular intervals (every Monday) and may increase, decrease, or remain the same depending on qualifying activity. 
3.3 The structure, duration, and benefits of ranks and tiers may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Betgr8. 

4. Redeeming Points 

4.1 Accumulated points may be converted into rewards, including but not limited to: Sports Freebets, Casino Bonuses, or Cash Rewards. 
4.2 The conversion rate of points into rewards depends on the customer’s current rank and is subject to change. 
4.3 Betgr8 reserves the right to set minimum thresholds for point redemption. 
4.4 Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. 

5. Expiry and Reset of Points 

5.1 Points are valid for a maximum of six (6) calendar months. At the end of each six-month period, all unused points will automatically reset to zero. 
5.2 Expired or reset points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. 

6. General Conditions 

6.1 Betgr8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme (in whole or in part) at its sole discretion, without prior notice. 
6.2 Betgr8 also reserves the right to withhold or cancel points and rewards in cases of: 
   - Actual or suspected fraud, abuse of the Programme, or breach of the General Terms and Conditions. 
   - Any attempt by a customer to exploit or manipulate the system. 
   - Calculation errors, bugs, or system malfunctions leading to incorrect point allocations. 
6.3 By participating in the Programme, customers accept these Terms and Conditions as binding.
