I. INTRODUCTION AND CONTRACTING PARTIES

The Website is operated by 2) Jack Nickel Integrated Concept Limited (“betgr8” or “we” or “us” “The Company“ and variations of the same), a company duly organized under the laws of Nigeria, licensed and regulated by OYO STATE GAMING AND LOTTERY BOARD under License No OYSGB/SPB/23094, NATIONAL LOTTERY REGULATORY COMMISSION NATIONAL SPORTS BETTING PERMIT number 00000025 and LAGOS STATE LOTTERIES License NO: LSLGA/OP/OSB/BG180424.

 

2. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use any section of the Website. By using any section of the Website and/or by registering the Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with:

In the event of the conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, the order of precedence shall be as set out in this Clause I (2).

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria in relation to any dispute in relation to the Terms of Use.
Any bet placed by the User shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the applicable Nigeria Criminal and Civil laws and any regulations and rules made in terms thereof, as amended from time to time. It shall be the responsibility of the User to ensure that he/she is aware of these provisions.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are accessing the platform from within Nigeria. Betgr8 bears no responsibility or liability for customers who access the platform from outside Nigeria. By registering an account with Betgr8, the customer confirms that they are a resident of Nigeria and must provide valid proof of residency, such as a Bank Verification Number (BVN), National Identification Number (NIN), or a Nigerian bank account number. All users agree that these Terms remain governed by Nigerian law, regardless of the location from which they access the platform. Betgr8 reserves the right to withhold any funds, including deposits and winnings, until the customer has provided one of the required forms of Nigerian identification.
