Fraud, Irregular Play and Prohibited Activities
17.1 Automated Play, Bots and Unauthorised Software”
The Company reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account, cancel all winnings, void any bets and withhold all balances if it determines or reasonably suspects that the player has used any automated tool, bot, script, macro, external software or mechanical assistance to interact with Aviator or any similar fast-paced game.
Any gameplay, winnings or outcomes generated through automated or assisted play shall be considered invalid and non-payable.
The Company may apply these measures without prior notice and without any obligation to provide additional evidence beyond its internal detection systems, risk analysis, behavioural pattern review or any other security mechanism deemed appropriate.
By maintaining an account, the player expressly accepts that any form of automated play constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
17.2 Irregular, Abnormal or Suspicious Activity
The Company reserves the right to review, investigate and monitor all betting and gameplay activity to identify any form of irregular, abnormal or suspicious behaviour. This may include, but is not limited to: unusual betting patterns, rapid or repetitive play inconsistent with normal player behaviour, use of automated systems or external tools, collusion, coordinated group activity, or any conduct that may indicate an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
Where the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that Irregular Activity has occurred, it may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: suspending the account, freezing funds, withholding withdrawals, voiding bets, cancelling winnings, or permanently closing the account.
The Company is under no obligation to provide advance notice or further evidence beyond its internal monitoring, security processes and risk assessments. Any decisions taken under this clause shall be final and binding.
17.3 No Obligation to Provide Evidence; Non-Payment of Winnings
The Company retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any activity breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Automated Play, Irregular Activity or any form of Prohibited Conduct. The Company shall not be required to prove, demonstrate or disclose any technical data, detection methods, internal reports or security mechanisms used to reach its conclusion.
Upon such determination, the Company reserves the unrestricted right to withhold, refuse to pay, cancel or permanently forfeit any winnings, bonuses, cash-outs or account balances associated with the activity in question. The player hereby waives any claim to such funds and acknowledges that the Company’s decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
The Company may exercise these rights without prior notice, without providing further explanation and without any obligation to substantiate its decision beyond its internal assessments, system alerts, behavioural analysis or risk evaluation processes.
17.4 Indicators of Automated or Irregular Behaviour
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider certain behavioural patterns as indicators of Automated Play, Irregular Activity or other forms of Prohibited Conduct. These indicators may include, but are not limited to:
• continuous participation in every single round of a fast-paced game (such as Aviator) without interruption;
• repetitive or identical timing patterns between bets that are inconsistent with natural human behaviour;
• extended gameplay sessions lasting several consecutive hours without any breaks;
• mechanically identical staking sequences or bet amounts repeated over a large number of rounds;
• behavioural patterns that, based on system logs, device fingerprints, access records or internal analysis, suggest the use of automated tools, scripts, macros or external assistance;
• multiple accounts exhibiting identical betting sequences, timing or patterns.
These examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the Company’s discretion to determine whether Automated Play or Irregular Activity has occurred.
