XVIII. RELATIONSHIP AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

1. Nothing in the Terms of Use shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture or principal-agent relationship between the User and Betgr8.

2. Unless expressly stated, nothing in the Terms of Use shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits whether pursuant to the statue or otherwise in favor of any person other than you and Betgr8 respectively.
