The Loyalty Programme
You can earn player points and convert it into Sport Freebet or Cash for every qualifying bet placed on sport & casino from your account. Win or lose, sportsbook and casino bets you place will be converted into points. The number of points you earn will depend on: number of selections on sportsbets and amount staked. No matter the result of the bets you place, you will earn points.
How does it work? You start receiving your rewards points as soon as you place your first qualifying bet, once the qualifying bet is settled. The Loyalty Programme has two factors: building your rank and achieving points. Both factors work with each other, where the higher your rank, less points you need to convert points into free bets or Cash bonus.
Your Rank and Points:
- All the qualifying bets you place will result in points which in turn contribute to your rank
- The higher your rank, the less points you need to convert in Freebet or Cash Bonus
- You will accrue your points every day, point will expire on the 31st of December of every year
- You have 1 calendar week to make more sports bets possible towards your rank: you can go each week one level up or down, or remain in the same level
- At the end of each calendar week, the rank you achieve will be the rank you start on for the following week. Every week you can move rank.
The Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions
- Earning Points
Points are earned for every qualifying bet -ONCE SETTLED- on Sports Bets placed on your account, according to the number of selections of the table below. If total odds is lower then target, points will be accrued as per tier above of the table. Eg an accumulator of 22 events, with total odds 70 will accrue 6 points instead of 10:

Qualifying bets:
Only real money bets will count towards the Loyalty program. No cancel bets, no Systems, no combination, no cut 1 bets, no cash out -or partial cashout- bets, no void bets, no freebets, no bonus bets will be considered. Total minimum odd of the bet: 3. Points will be credited once the bet is settled. Eg you play a qualifying bet of 100 local currency on an accumulator of 3 events, you will be granted: 100*3=300 points
Casino Play:
On all of our casino offerings*, you will earn 0.5 Point for every 1 staked (in local currency). No cancel bets, no void bets, no freebets, no bonus bets will be considered. Only real money bets will be considered. Points will be credited when the gaming session ends. The points are not earned on the games not part of the Casino Tab, and, Instant League, Spin2Win, Keno.
Special promotions may occur where for certain games, and for a certain period of time, more points will be earned for every 1 staked.
2. How does the Rank work?
You will start as Base and every Monday we will calculate how many qualifying bets you placed in the previous Calendar Week (from Monday 00:00:01 UTC time, to Sunday 23:59:59 UTC time): You will move level, stay in the same level, or go back 1 level.
- If you place in a Calendar Week less than 9 qualifying bets you will move back of 1 level.
- If you place in a Calendar Week a total stake below 1,000 local currency, you will move back of 1 level.
- If you place in a Calendar Week between 10 and 14 qualifying bets, for a total stake above 1,001 in local currency, you will remain in the same level.
- If you place in a Calendar Week 15 or more qualifying bets and a total stake above 1,500 in local currency, you will increase by 1 level.
According to the rank achieved, every Monday, in regards to the previous Calendar week, you will automatically see how many points you’ll will need to convert into Sport Freebets or Cash Bonus.
