Eligibility and Allocation of Bonus Funds Customers may receive a certain amount of bonus funds (“Bonus Funds”) credited to the bonus balance of their Account if they:
(i) make a Qualifying Deposit as defined in the Bonus Rules;
(ii) place a qualifying bet according to the Bonus Rules; or
(iii) meet the applicable Deposit Wagering Requirements, unless stated otherwise in the Bonus Rules.
(iv) as a good will.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements
Most casino games contribute toward the wagering requirements.
Some games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
Only selected games are eligible for play with Bonus Funds. These eligible games will be clearly marked within the game lobby or detailed in the Bonus Rules.
Maximum Allowed Stake (Fair Gaming Policy)
While wagering bonus funds, the maximum allowed stake per bet is 10% of the total bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.
A “bet” is defined as:
One spin in a slot game or roulette;
One hand dealt in a table game;
One deal in a video poker game;
Or any use of a gamble/double-up feature.
Breach of this rule may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Winnings from Bonus Funds When playing with Bonus Funds:
The stake itself is not included in any winnings.
For example, if you receive a €100 bonus and win €150 from it, only the €50 profit is considered withdrawable.
The original €100 bonus amount is forfait after playing it.
Max winning of real money casino bets apply (daily, weekly, monthly limit).
Wagering Exclusions The following do not count toward the completion of wagering requirements:
(i) Stakes on casino games with equal probability outcomes (e.g., red/black bets in roulette);
(ii) Stakes made after the expiry of the promotion or Term;
(iii) Any other excluded games or betting activities listed in the Bonus Rules.
Fraud, Abuse, and Bonus Restrictions
Betgr8 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Customers who are deemed to be abusing casino bonuses may be excluded from future promotions (e.g., reload bonuses, deposit match offers).
Withdrawals and Bonus Use Restrictions
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
In case of a dispute, the decision of Betgr8 shall be final.
Amendment of Bonus Terms Betgr8 reserves the right to amend these bonus terms at any time. Any changes will not affect bonuses already granted unless required by law or regulation.
Bonus Use by Category
Casino Bonus Promotions: Any Bonus Funds or Qualifying Deposit must be used exclusively for casino stakes.
Multiple Bonus Promotions There may be multiple types of bonus promotions active within the same bonus category at the same time. Customers should consult the Bonus Rules for specific conditions applicable to each promotion.
Casino bonus bets do not contribute in Loyalty Points.
