Notifications

18.1 Any notification sent to the Customer by Betgr8 via email, SMS, push notification, or any other communication channel regarding winnings, bonuses, or account activity is provided for informational purposes only.

18.2 In the event of any discrepancy, the official record of bets and transactions displayed in the Customer’s personal account on Betgr8 shall be deemed final and binding.

18.3 Betgr8 shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or omissions in the delivery of such notifications.
