V. ENFORCEMENT OF BONUS TERMS
V.1. Misuse of Bonuses
If Betgr8 determines that a user has accepted a bonus or promotion with the primary intent of creating a positive expected value through known exploitation techniques aimed at cashing out the bonus, Betgr8 reserves the right to:
- Forfeit the entire bonus balance in the user's account.
- Invalidate any transactions or gameplay that contravene these terms.
- Void any bonuses and all winnings obtained through fraudulent behavior.
- Withhold the customer's winnings from such transactions or gameplay.
- Retain any real money wagered and lost while playing towards the bonus.
- Close the customer's account.
V.2. Abuse Through Multiple Accounts
In cases of suspicious behavior, such as using multiple accounts to convert bonuses into real money (e.g., placing bets on the same sports events with different outcomes across multiple accounts to guarantee a mathematical win), Betgr8 reserves the right to:
- Void all related bets.
- Cancel all associated winnings.
Betgr8's decision in such matters is final.
V.3. Breach of Terms Leading to Collusion or Fraud
If Betgr8 believes, at its sole discretion, that a user has breached these Terms of Use resulting in collusion, fraud, or activities aimed at defrauding Betgr8, the company may:
- Suspend the user's account for up to 90 days.
- Restrict the user from withdrawing funds, making deposits, or placing bets.
- Prevent the user from accessing their account.
- Terminate the user's account.
V.4. Verification and Investigation
Betgr8 may require users to provide additional information necessary to conduct an investigation or verify compliance with these Terms of Use. This may include identification documents or documentation from the user's payment provider.
Betgr8 may notify users of account suspensions via the registered email address or through an online pop-up notice upon login. However, such notification is not a prerequisite for any suspension or termination of the account.
Betgr8 will address issues leading to account suspension as promptly as reasonably practicable, including requesting verification information from the user.
Following a review or investigation, the account or any specific suspended functionality will either be reactivated or terminated.
If any potentially suspicious activity is detected under a user's account, Betgr8 may request additional documentation confirming the user's identity, source of funds, or address. This may be prompted by factors such as the size, volume, or pattern of bets placed.
Betgr8 may suspend or close an account immediately if the activity cannot be verified with supporting evidence.
If Betgr8 terminates an account due to the aforementioned reasons or due to a breach of any Terms of Use, and the user has placed bets on events that have not yet occurred at the time of termination, Betgr8 reserves the right to void such bets and return the original stakes to the user's account balance. This includes multiple bets, which will be recalculated and settled accordingly.
In cases of account termination due to fraud or associated fraudulent behavior, any remaining credit balance, including winnings, may be forfeited, and open bets may be voided. Upon account termination, the user's rights to use Betgr8's services will immediately cease.
