I. BONUS LIMITATIONS

I.1 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device.
Multiple accounts created to abuse bonus promotions are strictly prohibited.

I.2 Requirements – Qualifying Trigger

To qualify for the Welcome Bonus or Next Deposit Bonus, the customer must:

  • Make at least one valid deposit into their The Company account
  • Place a minimum stake as specified in the applicable promotion terms (including bet settlement or other conditions)

Note: Each promotion may include additional requirements to trigger the bonus, as detailed in its specific terms.

I.3 Anti-Fraud and Account Integrity

If The Company detects multiple accounts linked to the same user or group, or observes coordinated or suspicious betting behavior, it reserves the right to:

  • Cancel all related bets and bonuses
  • Void winnings derived from such activity
  • Suspend or permanently close the associated account(s)
  • Restrict or deny withdrawals

Suspicious behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Identical or similar betting patterns (e.g., matching bet selections or timing)
  • Use of multiple devices to bypass bonus restrictions
  • Any attempt to exploit promotional offers unfairly

I.4 Bonus Crediting

Once the qualifying trigger is achieved, the bonus will be credited automatically to the customer’s account.

I.5 Acceptance of Terms

By opting into any of our bonuses, players agree to be bound by the specific Bonus Terms & Conditions, as well as the general The Company Terms & Conditions.

I.6 Non-Withdrawability of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

I.7 Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the decision made by The Company shall be considered final.

I.8 Right to Amend

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify bonus terms and conditions at any time.

I.9 Bonus Limitation – Company Discretion

The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to limit, restrict, reduce, or exclude the availability of any bonus, loyalty or promotional offer to certain customers, regardless of whether the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions have been met.
Such limitations may be applied on an individual account basis due to, but not limited to, playing behavior, account activity, suspected abuse, risk management considerations, or any other factors deemed relevant by the Company to protect the integrity of its promotions and operations.
Any decision made by the Company in relation to the limitation or exclusion of bonuses shall be final and binding.
