VIII. BET BUILDER (My Combo) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Definition of Betbuilder (BB) / My Combo (MYC) 

1.1 A BetBuilder / My Combo (hereinafter “BB”) is a customized multiple bet that allows the combination of two or more selections from the same sporting event into a single wager.
1.2 All selections within a BB/MYC must be successful for the bet to win.

  1. Validity and General Rules

2.1 BB/MYC is available only for events and markets explicitly offered by the Company and marked as eligible for MyCombo / BetBuilder.
2.2 If any selection within a BB/MYC is void, cancelled, postponed beyond the allowed timeframe, or deemed invalid for any reason, the entire BB/MYC will be settled as VOID.
2.3. BB/MYC selections cannot be cashed out, partially or fully.
2.4. BB/MYC odds are automatically generated based on correlation rules and may differ from placing the same bets separately.
2.5. The maximum payout for a BB/MYC follows the standard limits applicable to the respective sport and event as stated in the General Terms & Conditions.

  1. Settlement and Disputes

3.1 All BB/MYC selections are settled exclusively according to the official results issued by the corresponding sports governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, ATP, NBA).
3.2 If the match is suspended or postponed and does not resume within the timeframe specified in the Sports Rules of the Company, the entire BB/MYC is void.
3.3 Markets settled early (e.g., “First Goal Scorer”, “To Score in First Half”) do not override rule 2.2: if another selection becomes void → the entire BB becomes void. 

  1. Restrictions and Limitations

4.1 Certain markets may not be eligible for inclusion due to correlation limits or technical restrictions.
4.2 The Company may suspend, cancel, or void any BB/MYC in cases of:

  • technical errors
  • incorrect pricing
  • correlation rule breaches
  • obvious bookmaker mistakes
  • fraudulent or irregular betting activity

4.3 General Sports Betting Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise stated in this section.

    5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 All disputes regarding BB/MYC settlement are handled according to the Company’s General Terms and Conditions, using only official match data.
5.2 In case of conflict between BB/MYC rules and General Sports Rules, BB/MYC rules prevail for issues specific to MyCombo/BetBuilder functionality.
